Regency Mahogany Breakfront Triple Wardrobe ca 1830
This beautiful mahogany Regency breakfront triple wardrobe has a moulded cornice above a deep frieze, two central cupboard doors with key and working lock and the interior has one removable shelf. The piece has four graduating drawers with original turned knobs and brammer key escutcheon flanked by two full length wardrobe doors with arched panels, key and working locks. The left interior has turned hanging hooks and a later pull out hanging rail above a shoe box. The right interior has a later pull out hanging rail. The piece stands on a plain breakfront plinth, is a warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
